Helpful information for preparing a business shoot.
1. Type of shoot:What type of photos are needed? (e.g. portraits, product photography, corporate events)Are there any special styles or aesthetic preferences that should be taken into account?
2. Purpose of the photos:How will the photos be used? (e.g. marketing material, website, print material)Are there specific messages or information that need to be conveyed in the images?
3. Location of the shoot:Should the shoot take place on-site at the company or at another location?If on-site, are there any special requirements or restrictions that need to be observed?
4. Participants and groups:Who are the main actors or models in the photos?Are there group shots or individuals that should be highlighted?
5. Image rights and intended uses:What usage rights should apply to the photos?Are there any restrictions or special requirements regarding the use of the images?
6. Schedule and duration:When should the shooting take place?How much time is available for the shooting?
7. Special requirements or special features: Are there any special requirements that need to be taken into account? (e.g., special lighting, props, special effects)
8. Clothing and styling:Are there any special requirements regarding clothing or styling of the participants?Should certain brands or colors be emphasized?
9. Delivery time and file format:By when should the finished images be delivered?In what formats should the images be delivered?
10. Budget and payment terms:Is there a set budget for the shoot?
11. Backup plan:Is there a backup plan in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, technical problems)?
All this information is equally important to me - for creating an individual offer, drafting the usage rights agreement and creating a schedule for the shooting day.
